西藏警官高等专科学校，其前身是1956年9月成立的西藏公安训练班。2003年4月16日经教育部批准，改建为西藏警官高等专科学校，同年9月8日挂牌并开始招生。学校位于中华人民共和国西藏自治区首府拉萨市夺底路68号。多年来，先后为西藏公安战线培养输送了大批优秀的公安专门人才，为西藏公安工作、队伍建设和社会局势的稳定发展发挥了积极作用。学校始终坚持坚定正确的办学方向，始终坚持“政治建警”、“科技强警”方针，坚决贯彻“从严治警”的要求，高标准，严要求，努力为促进西藏社会局势的长治久安培养大批高素质的公安人才。
西藏警官高等专科学校为政法序列全额拨款事业单位，副厅级建制，由西藏自治区公安厅主管。学校内设办公室、政工人事处（纪检监察室）、教务处、学生工作处、总务处、侦查系、治安管理系、警察管理系、法律系、基础部、培训部、科研所等12个副县级机构，总编制375人。
现有教职工135人，其中专职教师68人。有在校生1318人，其中普通专科生880人，试点班289人、函授生149人。现有援藏教师10人。开设了警察管理、治安管理、侦查、国内安全保卫、交通管理工程、经济犯罪侦查、信息安全与网络监察、公安文秘8个专业。学制三年。

The Tibetan Police Officers College, formerly known as the Tibetan Public Security Training Course, was established in September 1956. Approved by the Ministry of Education on April 16, 2003, it was rebuilt into Xizang Police Officers College. On September 8, 2003, it opened and began to recruit students. The school is located at 68 Duodi Road, Lhasa City, the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. Over the years, it has trained and transported a large number of outstanding public security professionals for the public security front in Tibet, which has played a positive role in the work of the public security in Tibet, the construction of the public security team and the stable development of the social situation. The school always adheres to the correct direction of running the school, the policy of "building the police through politics" and "strengthening the police through science and technology", and resolutely carries out the requirements of "strictly governing the police", with high standards and strict requirements, striving to cultivate a large number of high-quality police personnel for the long-term stability of the social situation in Tibet.
The Tibet Police Officers College is a fully funded public institution in the political and legal order. It is organized at the deputy department level and is under the supervision of the Public Security Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region. The university has 12 sub-county-level institutions, including the office, the political personnel department (discipline inspection inspection office), the academic affairs office, the student affairs office, the general affairs office, the investigation department, the public security administration department, the police administration department, the law department, the foundation department, the training department and the scientific research institute, with a total staff of 375.
